What areas do you service?

We patrol neighbourhoods across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. If you're not sure if you're in the Scooper Hero™ coverage zone, just give us a call or send a message, and we’ll get back to you faster than a speeding bullet!

What if I'm just outside Hertfordshire?

Give us a call—we may already be in your area or happy to travel. If you're on the edge of the county, there's a good chance we can still help.

Do you clean up after all dog breeds and sizes?

You bet! Whether your pup’s a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, no mess is too mighty (or too small) for our team.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not at all! As long as we have access to the area, we can complete the mission while you’re out saving the day in your own way.

What days do you visit each area?

We build our routes around where you live, so your visit day depends on your location. We’ll let you know your assigned day when you sign up—and we’ll always give you a 60-minute warning before we arrive.

Do you clean the whole garden?

Our Scooper Heroes™ will venture into any and all areas where waste is present. Just let us know where you want us to clean and we'll ensure the poop is scooped.

What do you do with the waste once it’s collected?

Once the poop has been scooped, we'll double bag it and pop it in your wheelie bin for you. Prefer us to take it away? No problem. Just let us know before your service begins and we'll add it to your quote.

How much does your service cost?

Our rates depend on how many dogs contribute to the waste we need to wage war on and how often you'd like us to visit. Fill out our super-short, three question form and we'll give you an instant, zero-obligation quote.

Do I need to sign a contract for regular poop scoops?

Nope! You're free to come and go as you please, even if you subscribe to one of our monthly service options. All we ask is that you give us a week's notice prior to your next billing date, which will always be the 1st of the month.

Why is my bill the same every month?

We charge a fixed monthly rate for all subscription services, regardless of how many service days fall within a given month. This evens things out across the year and avoids fluctuations in your bill.

The price is calculated fairly based on the total number of visits over a 12-month period and actually works out slightly cheaper for most customers over time.

No surprises. No confusing maths. And no unexpected jumps in your monthly bill—because no one needs that.

What if I want to add an extra service to one of my visits?

Easy. Just let us know before your visit and we’ll include it—whether it’s deodorising, flea treatment, or leaf clearance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We partner with Stripe for our payments, which means you can use all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Do you work with households that have multiple pets?

Yes, indeed! Got a dynamic duo or a whole Justice League of pets? We’re up for the challenge.

What happens if my dog is outside during your visit?

No problem. We LOVE being greeted our clients' four-legged family members!

Our team is trained to work safely around pets, and we’ll always make sure your pup is secure. If, however, your dog has shown any signs of aggression in the past, we'll ask you to ensure they are safely inside when we visit.

How can I prepare my property for your visit?

All you need to do is ensure we have access to the area. If there are any specific instructions, let us know, and we’ll handle the rest.

Can you provide advice on reducing waste in shared or public spaces?

Absolutely. We love sharing tips and ideas for keeping shared spaces clean and inviting. Just drop us an email with your questions and we'll get back to you with a plan.

Do you charge per visit, by the hour, or per week/month?

All of our subscription customers are pre-billed on the 1st of each month. Ad hoc services are quoted on an individual basis and become payable once the job has been completed and you are 100% satisfied with the service your Scooper Hero™ provides.

Do you work all year round, in all weathers?

Indeed we do! Scooperheroes® will clean your garden, come rain or shine. Certain conditions, like high winds or thunderstorms, might make scooping hazardous, but we'll get to you as soon as we possibly can.

What happens if my garden is overgrown with long grass or covered in leaves?

Long grass and fallen leaves can be a sneaky hideout for pet mess, making it tricky for our team of Scooper Heroes™ to locate and clean effectively.

To ensure we can complete our mission without a hitch, we kindly ask that you keep your grass trimmed to a manageable length and free from debris, such as leaves. It helps us work faster, which keeps cost low for you and ensures a spotless result!

Can you still clean my garden if the grass is overgrown?

We’ll do our best to tackle the mess, but overgrown grass can make it harder to detect and remove waste completely.

For the most heroic results, we recommend keeping your garden in good shape before we arrive. If the grass is too wild, we might not be able to guarantee our usual top-notch standards.
