Every visit starts with a full scan of your garden. We carefully check all areas—lawns, flowerbeds, behind sheds, under trampolines—and scoop every deposit we find.
Waste is always double-bagged before being placed securely in your wheelie bin. It's clean, contained, and completely out of the way. Prefer we take it with us? No problem—just let us know when booking and we’ll include it in your quote.
We’re also on the lookout for anything unusual in your dog’s waste—plastic, blood, worms, that sort of thing. If we spot something concerning, we’ll flag it discreetly. It's just one of the ways we help support responsible pet care.
Booked an add-on like deodorising or flea treatment? We’ll take care of that during the same visit, so there’s no need to book separately or wait around.
We don’t just show up and scoop—we keep you in the loop, too.
You’ll get a text message around an hour before we arrive, so you’re never left wondering when we’ll turn up. No need to wait in. No awkward surprises.
After each visit, we’ll send a quick update letting you know we're done, along with a picture of your closed gate so you know your home is secure. If we spotted anything unusual in your dog’s waste, we’ll flag that too (discreetly, of course).
We want you to feel confident, not confused. Clean garden. Clear communication.
It's the Scooper Heroes' way!
It depends on your dog, your garden, and how much mess you’re willing to tolerate.
Some clients like a weekly visit to keep everything fresh. Others prefer twice-weekly for multi-dog households. And some just need a one-off reset when things have gone a bit too far.
We’ll never pressure you to book more than you need—our job is to make your life easier, not overcomplicate it.
Multi-dog households or high-traffic gardens
Single-dog homes and busy families (our most popular option)
Smaller dogs or gardens used less frequently
Occasional clean-ups or lighter-traffic spaces
Garden resets, events, or post-winter emergencies
